This week we will be going over the Water Cycle again. There will not be any vocabulary and there will not be a quiz on Friday. However, the kids will be required to complete a project. Time and most resources will be provided in class. Instructions and a rubric will be passed out to each student on Monday. The project will be due on Friday. The students will be creating a booklet to read to the younger grades about the Sun and the Water Cycle. Additional research at home is encouraged but not mandatory. This week we are covering TEK 4.3. Students will be participating in a research project where they will investigate a scientist and their contributions to the scientific world. They will then give an oral presentation to the class explaining the importance of their scientist and their accomplishments. Projects are due Thursday, January 9.
There will not be a vocabulary quiz on Friday.
